Friiiiday! Since today is my only day off between this week and next, I plan to enjoy it. Tonight we’re living it up in the burbs with a night at the movies – thinking American Sniper – and dinner at P.F. Changs (I have been dying to go since we moved. After living in NYC, there’s something nostalgic and comforting about a good ol’ chain restaurant).
